We rebuilt our verification workflow to improve accuracy, transparency, and long-term control over published business information.

Field-level verification — Individual facts can be marked as verified, business-submitted, source-supported, pending review, or unable to be confirmed.
Source hierarchy controls — Official websites, government records, licensing databases, and authoritative industry sources are prioritized over lower-confidence references.
Version history — Every material change is recorded with its previous value, updated value, supporting evidence, reviewer, and timestamp.
Conflict detection — The system flags inconsistent names, addresses, credentials, services, and contact details before they reach publication.

Review dates are now stored separately for each data field instead of applying one date to the entire profile.
Material business changes can be reviewed and approved without rebuilding the full entity record.

We’re developing automated revalidation workflows for information that changes frequently.
